BRIEF BIO
Harisankar is currently Assistant Professor at the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), India. He received his PhD from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS), and holds an LLM from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Prior to joining the doctoral programme at NUS, he served as an Assistant Professor at the National Law University, Jodhpur, India. Hari has been a visiting research scholar at the International Institute for the Unification of International Private Law (UNIDROIT) Rome, and a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Hamburg. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Hague Academy of International Law scholarship. . His works have been published by internationally reputed publishers like Cambridge University Press (CUP), Oxford University Press (OUP), Sweet & Maxwell (Thomson Reuters), SAGE and Wolters Kluwer.
