BRIEF BIO
Dr Tide P. S. received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government Engineering College, Trichur, Master’s from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and Doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is currently working as Professor in Mechanical Engineering at the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin. He has more than 30 years of teaching experience. His areas of interest are compressible and incompressible flows, computational fluid dynamics, experimental fluid dynamics, supersonic and under expanded jets, aero acoustics, and propulsion.
