Dr. Preetha S is working as Associate Professor in School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin. She completed her Ph.D in 2013 with UGC Junior Research Fellowship on the topic “Accountability of Corporate Managers: Role of Criminal Sanctions”, from School of Legal Studies, CUSAT. She started her teaching career in 2010 and joined as Assistant Professor in School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT) in 2014. She teaches corporate laws and criminal laws at CUSAT. She is actively involved in research on corporate laws and has published several articles to her credit. She has delivered expert lectures on topics such as Criminal Law, Human Rights, Corporate Governance, Corporate finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Start Ups and Securities Laws.
