Holds an LL. B degree from the University of Calicut, LL.M from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and Ph.D. from School of Legal Studies, CUSAT on the title Legal Regime on Climate Change in India: A Study Based on International Framework. Prior to joining the Cochin University of Science and Technology, worked as Assistant Professor (Ad-hoc) at the University of Delhi, as a Law Officer in State Bank of India and also in the Law Department of Government Secretariate, Kerala. Acted as a resource person and presented research papers at various National and International seminars and conferences. Areas of interest include Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, IPR, Law of the Sea and Family Law. Primary research and publication are on areas relating to Climate Change Law and Governance, Environmental Law and Human Rights.
