Dr. Shibu, A.V. is an alumnus of School of Industrial Fisheries and has been involving in fisheries academics for the past 12 years. He started research career in fishing technology and has been actively contributing in developing, implementing and evaluating various academic programmes of the school. Besides serving as resource person in various scientific and professional bodies, he has also proved his expertise in organizing scientific programmes like seminars, symposia, workshop etc to address the rising issues in the fisheries and allied subjects. His research interests include energy efficient fishing technologies, sustainable energy transition systems and climate change adaptations in fisheries.
