BRIEF BIO
Dr. Binu Mole K. is serving as Assistant Professor, School of Legal Studies, CUSAT. Prior to the present position, she has held faculty position in Govt. Law College, Thrissur under Kerala Public Service Commission appointment. She was also a visiting Faculty at the Govt. Law College, Tiruchirappalli, and School of legal studies, CUSAT, Kochi in addition to her teaching assignment in Central Law College, Salem. Dr. Binu Mole K’s Primary expertise is in the field of Commercial Maritime / Shipping Laws. Her specializations for her Masters was Maritime Law and Labour Laws. She pursued Ph. D in Maritime Law under the guidance of Dr. A. M. Varkey on the topic “Law on Trans-boundary Movement of Hazardous Substances through Sea”. Her areas of interests also extend to broader fields of Commercial laws, Environmental laws and Labour laws. Presently four research scholars are pursuing their Ph. D program under her guidance including one International Student, in frontier areas of Maritime Law, C
