BRIEF BIO
I am an assistant professor at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). My major areas of research are related to gender and management, HR Analytics, workplace practices, workplace bullying, and change management. I am also an advisory member to the Women Studies Centre, CUSAT. I have completed Masters in Human Resource Development from the University of Madras and PhD from the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras with a UGC Junior Research fellowship. I was University First rank holder for both graduation and post-graduation. I am the recipient of a 2020 Kairali Award from the Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) for her research proposal titled, “Sustainable menstruation management and menstrual cups — An exploratory study on attitude and awareness in the state of Kerala”. I was also awarded the prestigious Fulbright-Nehru Professional and Academic Excellence Fellowship in
