BRIEF BIO
Dr Manoj Edward is an Professor in the School of management studies , Cochin university of science and technology, and teaches courses and guides PhD research mainly in the area of marketing. Qualification wise, he is Post graduation from TAPMI, BTech in Mechanical Engineering and PhD from Cochin university of science and technology. Apart from his Industry work experience, he has over 20 years of teaching and research experience. His main research and teaching interests include digital marketing, marketing research, consumer behavior, data analytics and services marketing. His publications have appeared in Asia pacific journal of marketing and logistics, services marketing quarterly, journal of services research, European journal of tourism research, Personnel Review Global business review, and South Asian journal of business studies. He has taken up several consultancy projects and training assignments for the Government and Industry. He has also edited four books in the area
