BRIEF BIO
I had completed my B.Sc. (with Honours) in Physics from St. Stephen's College, under University of Delhi in the year 2008. Then I shifted to Mathematics and completed my M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University ( currently also known as Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute), situated at Belur Math, West Bengal in the year 2010. In 2011, I started my Ph.D. curriculum in Mathematics at the University of Goettingen, Germany. In my Ph.D. I had specialised in the study of Operator Algebras (specifically in C*-algebras) and also in Coarse Geometry. My Ph.D. work was about introducing coarse geometry in noncommutative spaces, which are encoded by some non-unital C*-algebra, via unitizations. I was awarded my Ph.D. degree in November, 2016. In January, 2017 I joined Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore center as a visiting scientist under the mentorship of Prof. B. V. Rajarama Bhat. I was awarded the National Post-doctoral Fel
