Dr. Asif.E completed his B.AL, LL.B; LL.M and Doctoral Degrees from the University of Kerala. He qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) and secured Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Law in 2011. He has taught in various institutions of repute including the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Aligarh Muslim University, M.S Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore and the School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore. Prior to joining academics, he was employed as Senior Legal Officer of a major private banking institution. He has presented Research papers in International and National Seminars/ Workshops and published books and articles in Journals of repute. He has attended International and National Seminars, Conferences, Faculty Development and Quality Improvement Programmes. He has successfully completed a Government of India-sponsored Training Programme on Cyber Security & Cyber Law conducted by the Institute of Management in Governance, Thiruvananthapuram.
