BRIEF BIO
Dr. Zakkariya is a professor in Management and the Director of School of Management Studies at the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) with more than 25 years of experience in teaching, research, training, administration and institution building. Dr. Zakkariya is a graduate in Psychology and has has taken his master's degree in Psychology with second rank from University of Calicut. He has taken Masters degrees in Business Administration(MBA) and Human Resource Management (MHRM) from University of Calicut and University of Kerala respectively. He took his Doctorate from the Cochin University of Science and Technology. Prof. Zakkariya has coauthored over 100 research articles in journals and edited books of national and international repute, and has won best paper awards in different national and international conferences. He has produced 13 PhDs in the areas of Marketing, Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour.
