Merit Day, held on 23 February 2024, is an annual celebration of excellence, recognizing the outstanding achievements of the University community in academics, research, and co-curricular pursuits. During the function, prizes were awarded to four recipients of the Distinguished Young Faculty Award 2023 and the four recipients of the Distinguished Researcher Award 2023. In addition, the event honored the recipients of various University Endowment Awards.
The function was graced by Dr. R. Bindu, Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education and Pro-Chancellor of the University, as the Chief Guest, who presented the awards to the recipients.
